I was impressed by the efficient manner in which we were checked in and out and there were no long queues either. We had asked for an extra bed and walked into the room to find it already prepared for us which was great. The complimentary bottles of water, toothbrushes and slippers were nice finishing touches too. I had picked this hotel because it wasn't in the middle of the busy tourist areas and felt I had made a good choice for our family. The free shuttle bus allowed easy and convenient access to the tourist areas and Star Ferry. The breakfast was good too, providing a wide variety of dishes to suit both Western and Eastern taste. Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes I would and I booked another stay later in our holiday after we visited Malaysia.
