  Very much in need of maintenance but the staff are great and the location is excellent as it is very close to the airport and the new Mall of Asia.   Overall, staff service is excellent but I put a premium on luxuriousness of rooms and hope that the hotel could invest in refurbishing.   Good value for money. Make sure you get a room to the back as front side to the road is very noisy. A bit noisy all over. Make sure u check your mini bar items properly, all missing chocolates were on my account/bill!! Breakfast is a highlight. Good....   The hotel staff were very helpful. They took care of everything including our airport service van and they were very prompt. There was no available non-smoking room on the lower floors so they upgraded us to a deluxe room at no extra charge. Wake up call...
