  If 25 is your budget, this is fine, but DO NOT GET THE DELUXE ROOMS, GET THE SUPERIOR ONES (ridiculous arbitrary designations). The deluxe rooms are awful, they are in another building, FAR! and there is nothing but fluorescent lights, and they`re worse...   Our stay at the Pang Suan Kaew Hotel Chiang Mai was OK but we were disappointed as we didn`t have a very nice room. The size was OK but it was too old fashioned.
